Webex Calling Dedicated Instance and UCM Cloud Service Maintenance: February 08, 2025
Scheduled Maintenance Window:
Planned Start: 2025-Feb-08 02:00:00 UTC
Expected End: 2025-Feb-08 06:00:00 UTC

Phone registration and Provisioning workflows
User Experience:
During this maintenance, no impact is anticipated as it involves only a redundant link within the West Data Center. Call processing and provisioning are expected to remain unaffected, as the maintenance is solely to reintegrate a redundant network element that required a patch to correct a device defect.
Although no significant impact is anticipated, there is a slight chance of minor service disruptions. In this case, phone registration may fail over to the East Data Center, and provisioning workflows could be temporarily unavailable within the maintenance window.
Throughout the maintenance window, we will perform pre and post health checks and closely monitor the environment's health. If any issue arises, Cisco will know immediately and roll back any changes with no impact to customer operations.
